1) How much do I have to pay to place a Bond?

By law, the minimum charge for the service is $50 (for smaller bonds), the maximum that can be charged is 15%. But if you qualify as a good cosigner, you could pay instead 10%. Ask what you need to qualify.

2) I don’t qualify for the 10% rate. What can I do?

No worries, we have multiple options to help you, remember all bonds are unique.

3) I have a warrant. Can you help me?

Yes of course. Call us right now at 720-249-9213 to get help.

4) How long does it take to get a defendant out of jail?

Normally it takes about an hour or less to place the bond after you fill out the bail bonds contract and make the payment. It can take one to eight hours to get the defendant out of the Jail; it depends on how busy they are, rarely does it takes more time.

5) I missed my court date. Can you help me?

Yes, we can give you a Consent of Surety so you can get a new court date, but call us immediately to avoid being arrested.

6) I’m the cosigner and I know or suspect that the defendant will flee, hide or leave town. What can I do?

CALL US IMMEDIATELY! We could revoke the bond, but we need to act fast!

7) Any money I paid for the bail bonds services, Can I get it back when the case is over?

NO! The Money you paid to bail someone out is not refundable. That’s the point of not having to pay the whole amount of the bond.

8) Will I get the collateral that I leave in your charge back when the case is over?

YES! Anything that you put as Collateral (normally cash or vehicle title) will be returned to you once the case is over, you only need to give us the Bond Released Form (you can obtain that form from the court once the case is over).
